Our founder Todd Workman jumped on his first roof back in 1996 working for his step-father. He worked as a roofer for his step-father’s business until 2001 when he joined the United States Marine Corps. In 2006 Todd was honorably discharged from the Marines and began studying business at the University of South Florida graduating in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Todd worked as a licensed CAM managing homeowners associations and condo associations from 2011 to 2015. From 2015 to 2023 Todd worked for a local family owned roofing company in the Tampa Bay Area filling many roles including laborer, foreman, salesman, marketing manager, sales manager, and also filling many other managerial voids. Todd learned a lot about the roofing industry, the market, and how to properly manage and own a roofing company. He developed a strong sense of what exactly customers want out of their roofing company and has developed a business model that strives to provide that in the more efficiant and effective way possible.
Outside of work, Todd is married and the father of 3 young children. He enjoys fishing, boating, hiking, nature, camping, and spending quality time with his family.
