Harbor Roofing was created by Todd & Zaina Workman with the goal of creating a highly reputable & fair company that serves their community, provides an honest living, and also serves as a vessel in which they can teach their three children about hard work & sound business ethics. We continue to ensure our company will leave a legacy that our community, employees, and family can be proud of.

Todd was first introduced to roofing in 1989 at the age of 8 when his mother married Tim Hutchinson, a staple in the local roofing industry. While attending East Bay High School Todd began working alongside Tim installing roofs throughout the Tampa Bay area. In 2001 Todd took a break from roofing to serve in the Marine Corps & earn a degree in Finance. While in college Todd jumped back into the roofing industry working with his brother-in-law Russell Dodson & Tim Hutchinsons playing a vital role in growing Code Engineered Systems, one of the largest & most reputable roofing companies in Tampa Bay. After decades of building his knowledge & skills, Todd decided to invest into something the Workman family could call their own. In 2020 Todd & his wife Zaina founded Harbor Roofing.
